The Cetelem Observatory is the economic reseach and study structure of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, created in 1985 and directed by economist Flavien Neuvy.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Its dual mission is to observe, illuminate, and decipher the evolution of consumption patterns in France and internationally, but also to anticipate future changes by having a forward-looking vision and making forecasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
